Our policies & procedures
Our guests book their tickets online and your Host will have all your information on their device.
As much as we enjoy meeting our guests, your Hosts will respect social distancing.
We are following guidelines and require our guests wear masks during their tour. Our hosts will also wear a mask so everyone remains safe.
Our hosts are instructed not to lead a tour if they are not feeling well. We will try to find a substitute host, if possible. We will fully refund a tour if a host isn't well and we are not able to find a substitute.
We ask that any guests who are not feeling well stay home. We will refund a single guest who is not able to join their group. We will offer a reschedule for any entire group that is not able to attend their tour. Our standard refund policies will be in effect if a group is not able to reschedule their experience.
Our hosts will have the ability to make tour changes that promote the safety and security of hosts, guests and tour partners. They will also have the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with our safety policies.
You can ensure your experience will be limited to only your group for just an additional $5 per guest.
We have confirmed that our restaurant partners are following strict updated health and cleanliness standards.
Walking Food Tours
Our food tours will be walking only without restaurant seating through October 31. This does limit the availability of some tours. These Street Food Tours will be fun energetic discoveries of the food and secret top stops in available districts. We will limit the group size to 8 guests unless a single group requests a larger tour experience.
Walking History Tours
These tours are nearly all outdoors. You will have space to observe social distancing. We will limit the group size to 8 guests unless a single group requests a larger tour experience.
Our transportation partner ensures that strict guidelines are being followed for the cleaning of their vehicles. We never mix groups on our private chauffeured tours.
